Valerie A. Huemer
 

Valerie is a Research Associate in the Vision Group of the Human
Information Processing Research Branch at  NASA Ames
Research Center. She works with Robert McCann and Jeffrey
McCandless in the Intelligent Spacecraft Interface Systems (ISIS)
research group. She previously worked with Jeffrey Mulligan, Ph.D
in the Vision lab on eye movement research.
She has a Masters of Science degree from University of California
at Santa Cruz. For her masters thesis, she researched the effect
of myopia on flicker sensitivity in visual perception. She also
studied the effect of cognitive decision on spatial aspects of vision.
